I had Gary’s boot and shoes repair a Crispi boots that I have that I’ve walked off the soles on them. Gary’s were up front with the price and the turnaround with them from when I shipped the boots to them to when they shipped them back. Well I just got them back from Gary’s and all I can say is WOW there just like brand new again. They did an amazing job and craftsmen ship on what they do. I wear my boots 5 - 6 days a week all year long, from work on the highways being in and of trucks and equipment all day to being in the mountains of eastern Oregon. Thanks to them I’m ready for a lot more miles on my feet again. Thank you again

Amazing customer service. My coworker and I came here for fire boots and we were properly fitted and given lots of help and advice on boots. They have good deals on socks, laces, and insoles too. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality outdoor footwear!

Always heard good things about Gary’s Boots, but had never been until now. They helped me my foot and took the time to ensure I was getting the hunting boot I needed for me. Great service and I had an idea of price, but they were lower than advertised prices elsewhere. Definitely will return.

I have sent in two pairs of boots and have another pair to send in for resole. Highly recommended, great craftsmanship and they returned quicker than anticipated both times. The first picture is after sole replacement (I oiled them upon return.)

I mailed my boots to Gary’s for a resole since I live out of state. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Turn around time was fast and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The seams around your heel had split and they got those sewn back up perfectly. If you have crispis in need of a resole don’t hesitate sending them to Gary’s.

I have struggled with getting shoes that fit well. Love it at Gary’s! He could tell they didn’t fit just by watching me put them on. These boots are quickly my new favorites, I highly recommend going here for shoes/boots!

This is the only place we buy shoes because we know they'll be good quality and long-lasting. The staff know it's and tasty is like friends. If u they don't have the color you want, they'll order it.
